The meeting is for all the members of
Shallal, and the people who run the
sessions.
Shallal has some trustees. Their job is to
help the charity get money and make sure it
can keep the good work going. We also
have some new Member Trustees.

Welcome.
1.We will say hello to each
other. We will let people
know who cannot come.

2. What we did last year
We will hear about what we have
done in the last year.
We will also hear from our new
Member Trustees.

3. Checking the money
We will talk about what money
we spent. We will talk about
what funding we got.

4. Plans for Next Year.
We will talk about what people
want from Shallal. We will hear
any ideas for Shallal.

5. Who is going to be a trustee for
Shallal?
We have a new trustee who will meet
members at the meeting.
We need the meeting to agree that it is
OK for our trustees to continue.
We will talk about member trustees.
