Phoebe Barnicoat


Phoebe has 8 years experience facilitating artists across the UK working with leading organisations such as Project Ability and ActionSpace.  

She studied at the Royal Drawing School, Evening Class Collective, Glasgow School of Art and Kyoto Seika University. She is co-founder of Glasgow Open House Art Festival and a 2015 Winston Churchill Fellow, researching platforms for artists who are homeless, have mental health issues and developmental disabilities in the U.S and Canada.

Since 2019 she has been working to set up Shallal Studios based on her WCMT Fellowship findings.
