Nick Fripp

Bio

Nick has frontline and leadership experience in health, educational and social care services across the public and independent sectors and is driven by values of social justice and inclusion.  
The first 10 years of his career were spent as a practitioner, carer and tutor working with people with learning disabilities.


The last 22 years in management and senior leadership roles in human services in the public and third sector. 
Until September 2014 he worked across health and social care in Cornwall, managing a joint commissioning budget of £75m and teams including social work and secondary health services.  


He has worked for the Department of Health, led work for National and Regional ADASS, worked as a consultant and contributed work to academic and professional publications. Prior to moving into the public sector in Cornwall he was Business Development Director for the Brandon Trust Charity and during his time in post the organisation nearly doubled in size through acquiring public sector contracts.
He recently worked for Guilford and Waverley CCG as a consultant with responsibility for the Better Care Fund programme, and is currently working in London as a consultant for local authority adult social services.
