Sam While

Sam works in a range of different mediums, such as performance, dance, drawing and painting. 

Within his artwork Sam is interested in animals, roads and signs, landscape, the natural world, shape and line. He enjoys working with chalks, pens and pencils, collage and paint.

Sam works closely with Shallal Associate Artist George Peers, weekly at Shallal Studios. Sam and George often collaborate on large scale artwork and experiment with new ways of working. Often exploring the bridge between movement and drawing. Recently Sam has been creating large scale paintings responding to music.
