The celebratory film event was the final event of our three-year Cornish Doorways project from 2015 - 2018
In addition to the two original shows devised by Shalall Dance Theatre and performed in 16 different venues in Cornwall, the project resulted in a rich variety of art in other mediums including film.
Some films were made in collaboration with company members such as 'The Duchess and the Doll', made with filmmaker Barbara Santi. Others document the making of art and performance work and the shows themselves.
The screening took place at Newlyn Filmhouse during Golowan Week. 51 people attended the screening, nearly filling the 55-seat cinema.
